Tiny Tickle products are Class B In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical devices intended for home screening purposes only. They provide qualitative indication and do not substitute for formal clinical diagnosis by a licensed medical practitioner.

Orders are dispatched across India via licensed logistics partners (Shiprocket). Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 business days depending on the pin code.

Due to the sterile and sensitive diagnostic nature of IVD devices, opened or unsealed kits cannot be returned. Replacements are issued exclusively for items damaged in transit or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Governed under the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhubani / Patna, Bihar.
